VacationYap.com also caters to owners and management companies. We offer two different options for your business needs. We offer a flat rate per year regardless of the bookings made. If that does not fit your business needs, we do have an option that is based on number of bookings made. If your business has a last minute seminar or meeting to attend, our company can accommodate your lodging request quickly. Your company officials will appreciate being in a "home away from home" while on their business trip. We can accommodate your needs to have a rental near the Orange County Convention Center or if you want to provide customers and employees with some rest and relaxation, we have rentals available near all the major golf courses.

There’s no denying the fun and thrills of all the theme parks here in Orlando but there is so much more to the Central FL area.

There are probably few places with such diversity when it comes to activities and we suggest taking a look around and venturing beyond the usual hotspots.

With everything from gorgeous beaches, fascinating wildlife and even a bit of history thrown in, Central Florida has so much to offer to make your vacation one to remember.
From a relaxing day on the beach, to an exhilarating afternoon zip lining through the tree tops with a bird’s eye view of the alligators below, you’re sure to find something for you.

NATURE

Try a morning or afternoon picking the local produce – oranges and grapefruit; it’s inexpensive and so much fun. There’s nothing like eating fruit from the tree! A great place is the Showcase of Citrus. Along with the pick your own they produce their own jellies, jams pickles and more and even have free range chickens on site which the kids always enjoy.

A day at one of the State Parks is always a fulfilling one from swimming in the natural springs, kayaking down a tranquil river, horseback riding through the trees or simply relaxing and having a pick nick. There are many parks to choose from depending on what you are looking for. Blue Springs is a great day out and in the fall/winter a haven for the beautiful manatee. Wekiva Springs is also beautiful with its natural springs and a small but interesting nature center.

How about an airboat ride? With the many lakes in the area this is a great way to see them from a different perspective and you’re likely to see a Gator or 2. The guides are always very knowledgeable and make the ride fun and informative. Along with gators you can see a lot of the birdlife of the area and turtles. There are different options from group to individual rides and it’s always worth the trip.

If you’re looking for a little more adventure take a trip to Forever Florida. They provide a variety of experiences from Horseback Safaris to Gliding through the treetops on the Zip line safari. Or for the not so brave there’s the coach safari which is elevated 5ft off the ground! Camping is also available.
Located in the beautiful area of St Cloud just south of Kissimmee.

History/Culture

Looking for something a little more civilized? Then the beautiful city of Winter Park might be for you with its quaint boutiques, antique stores, art galleries and restaurants. Stroll through the streets, stop for a spot of lunch at one of the sidewalk restaurants and let the kids play in central park and watch the trains go by. Or maybe you prefer to visit one of the museums and art museums.
There are also boat rides available.

In the same area as Winter Park are 2 interesting days out, Harry P Leu Gardens and Bok Tower Gardens, both having historical buildings and stunning gardens.
Bok Tower Gardens has been awarded for its gardens and includes an historic estate which is open for self guided tours and the singing tower.
